 CURBSIDE ROLL OFF BIN RESTRICTIONS/LIMITATIONS

Do not over fill the bin – (keep trash even with sides of bin). It will be removed at customer’s expense and a trip fee will be assessed.

General trash limited to a maximum of 6 tons then $25.00 per ton applies thereafter, unless specified on front

All heavy material – cannot exceed the maximum weight of 10 tons, this includes, but is not limited to; concrete, dirt, rock, gravel, sand, etc.. Due to D.O.T. regulations and state law, heavy material is allowed in the 10 yd container only. Any D.O.T. penalties or fines due to over loading will be the responsibility of the customer.

Do not put any type of hazardous, toxic, flammable liquids, solids or gasses in bin. This includes, but is not limited to; paint, gas cans, aerosol, freon, propane bottles, etc. Failure to comply will result in a hazardous removal fee.

No appliances with freon, no tires, no oil

Do not wash out concrete in our containers. Removal fees will be assessed and are the responsibility of the customer.

CRI is not liable for any damages done by company trucks, container, or driver. “due to circumstances out of our control”

Equipment: customer acknowledges that it has care, custody and control of the equipment while at the customer’s location and accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the equipment (except for normal wear and tear). Customer agrees not to overload (by weight or volume), move or alter the equipment.

Prices are good for terms specified by CRI. A late fee of $10.00 per day will apply on the day after specified due date.

All city licenses, permits and fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the bin is required to be moved, a charge will be assessed. Check with your city prior!!

Payment is expected at the time of delivery (unless a previous agreement has been made). Non collected balances are subjected to a monthly service charge of 18%. Returned checks are subject to a $35.00 service charge. If we are unable to collect on a check, it will be sent to the state for processing. All court and collection costs associated are to be paid by the customer.
